Artwork Setup
1. File Size
File size is to be the same size of your banner, plus 50mm bleed at the bottom. For example, if you are ordering 850mm x 2000mm Banner, The Artwork should be 850mm x 2050mm.
The 50mm at the bottom is not visible after set up. No bleed is required on top & sides. Please keep your text minimum 1cm away from edges.
2. Color Set-Up
All Artwork must be submitted as CMYK Color Mode. Any specific colour must be called out with a Pantone Color Code, and notice us on email for us to match the colour for you.
3. Resolution
Artwork must keep a resolution of 150dpi-300dpi to achieve high quality printing (Max 300dpi). In case you don't have high-resolution pictures, please try to provide artwork at minimum 100dpi resolution.
4. Fonts & Text
Please convert your text to vector elements in Illustrator,or a similar application, or merge all layers if you are using Photoshop, or a similar application.
5. File Format
Please save the file as PDF/JPG/TIFF format.

What's the printing media for pull up skins?
We use 240gsm matt synthetic paper for economy pull up banner. It's waterproof, non curl smooth light material, ideal for indoor.
We use 440gsm matt smooth vinyl banner material for premium pull up banner. It's a blockout and durable weather-proof material.
What's the main difference between economy bases
and premium bases?
Both stylish bases are made of alumimium.
Economy base weights 2.5kg - slimmer base with two feet.
Premium base weights 5.5kg - wider base.
How do I choose the right pull up banner?
Economy pull up banner is suitable for indoor short-term use such as conferences, events, ceremonies, weddings, exhibitions. Light-weight design makes easy to carry along for road trips
Premium pull up banner is suitable for long-term or semi-outdoor use such as office decoration, meeting room wall, backdrops, interview background, showroom display, etc.
Can I change the pull up skin?
Yes, just post your pull up banner back to us and we can change it for you.
Cost for re-skinning and postage applies.
How do I set up artwork file?
Artwork must be 100% in size with high resolution.
CMYK colour mode with at least 200dpi.
10mm bleed with crop marks is preferred, but not necessary.
PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS are preferred file format.
All fonts and strokes must be outlined if it's vector.
How to send artwork?
You may simply attach artwork to your email.
If file is larger than 10MB, we suggest you use Dropbox or WeTransfer for sending larger files.
Please avoid saving files larger than 100MB, which will delay the printing process.
